RAWALPINDI: A bomb blast at a coal center in the commercial area of Saddar Cantt in Rawalpindi killed one civilian and injured 15 others, including children, spokesman Rawalpindi police sub-inspector Sajjad Al Hassan said. The nature of the blast near Corner Food in Kabadi Bazaar Chhota Bazaar was not immediately known but CTD and other law enforcement agencies are investigating.
